DO YOU HAVE A STORE LOCATION OR OFFER PICKUP?
- No. Virgin Textures is exclusively sold online only.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
- Please allow up to 1-2 business days for payments and orders to be processed.
-Your package should arrive in 3-5 business days, after your payment has been processed.
- Processing and shipping orders will always take place during the business days of Monday-Friday. Shipping times may vary depending on location. Please review our Shipping Policy for more info.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- At this time, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order once it's been placed. We strive to provide accurate service and quality products to all of our customers in a timely manner. Please review our Return Policy for more info.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- You will receive an email with your order confirmation after your order has been placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will then receive a shipping confirmation that will include a tracking number to track your order.
WHAT TO DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
- Virgin Textures will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once orders are placed, shipped out and in transit with shipping carriers, it is the shipping carrier's responsibility to ensure all packages are delivered to the correct address in its specified time frame. If your tracking number shows your package is still in transit or delivered, please contact your shipping carrier for additional information or to file a claim for your missing/stolen package. All packages are suggested to require signature confirmation for delivery to avoid theft.
