SHIPPING POLICY

The following terms and conditions represent our Shipping Policy.

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Virgin Textures! 

We always strive to get all orders to our customers in a timely manner.

NOTE: Please be aware that shipments may be delayed in the event of natural disasters, national holidays and/or shipping service delays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders due to a sale/promotion, processing times can also vary.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for payments and orders to be processed. PLEASE NOTE: Processing will always take place during the business days of Monday-Friday(This means if you place an order on Saturday, it will be processed on Monday which is the following business day.)

SHIPPING TIME

PLEASE NOTE: All shipping times are based on when the order is shipped out, not when it's placed.

After your payment has processed, your package should arrive in 3-5 business days. If you are located outside the U.S, you should receive your package within up to 10 business days. 

(Note: We are not liable for any additional broker/import taxes or fees that your country/region may charge.)

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that will include your tracking # and all delivery details. From there you will be able to track your package. (Make sure to check your spam mail if it does not appear in your primary inbox.

Virgin Textures will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once orders are placed, shipped out and in transit with shipping carriers, it is the shipping carrier's responsibility to ensure all packages are delivered to the correct address in its specified time frame. Please contact shipping carrier for additional information.

 

NOTE: WE ADVISE ALL CLIENTS TO CAREFULLY REVISE AND CONFIRM THAT THEIR SHIPPING AND BILLING INFORMATION MATCHES AND IS ACCURATE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR BILLING ADDRESS MATCHES THE ADDRESS THAT IS CONNECTED WITH YOUR CARD TO PREVENT DELAYS WITH PROCESSING. 

FRAUDULENT ORDERS WILL BE DOCUMENTED, BANNED FROM OUR SITE AND SUBJECT TO LEGAL ACTION.
